Financial reports, meeting notices and minutes, and strata plan by-laws are just some of the other items of importance that can be found on our online Portal, which means you will always have the information you need right at your fingertips.
Our strata manager takes customer service to the next level, offering 24/7 emergency support as well as after hours email correspondence. This provides our owners with added security and peace of mind, knowing that their investment is in the best possible hands.

We are constantly updating our database of tradespeople, ensuring that only the best service is given, and take it upon ourselves to ensure that all companies and contractors used provide all relevant and necessary certificates, licenses and insurances so that you don’t have to. We always ensure that the tradespeople we provide are meeting the upstanding level of service which we pride ourselves on and that all parties, the owners in particular, are happy with the repairs and maintenance they are receiving.
