What we do
Energy Cost Attack is a small team of specialist Lighting consultants focused on LED lighting upgrades for Strata and Commercial properties. We enjoy working with Property owners, Strata Committees, Strata Managers and Building Managers who are seeking a high standard result. This involves us in:
• Understanding the client’s requirements
• Taking the time to fully survey the property, taking Lux readings & doing site specific lighting designs
• Submitting a professional Proposal – a specification of fittings, energy & maintenance savings, and ROI
• Organising supply from one or more NSW Government (ESS) approved suppliers
• Project manage the installation team
• Liaise with the Strata Manager and EC or Owner stakeholders as the project rolls out
• On larger projects we deliver Status & Finalisation reports. We also do a power bill analysis to prove up
the energy savings.
Energy Cost Attack is a different kind of LED Lighting business. We act as as the Buyer’s Agent, the client’s Agent not the Supplier’s Agent.
• We ‘shop’ the market for the best LED lighting Suppliers the best Installers and Accredited Certificate Providers (ACPs) to generate Energy Saving Certificates (ESCs). We work with the best supply & install teams in NSW.
• Our supply quality is excellent – the NSW Government approves all our fittings for use in the Energy Saving Scheme (ESS).
• Our technical experience and our passion for LED lighting technologies allow us to be both practical and innovative.
• On larger projects we deliver Status & Finalisation reports. We also do a power bill analysis to prove up the energy savings.
• We can provide you with references from clients for various buildings.
