Dulux Property Service Managers conduct on site visits to assist you with the selection of the most appropriate Dulux product and colour solution. Following a thorough inspection of all existing coatings and substrate types, a full condition report will be provided.
Dulux will prepare comprehensive coatings specifications for all areas requiring painting or repainting. Inclusive in the specification is areas that require special attention prior to painting and indicate if remedial work is required.
To assist you in assessing colours, colour schemes and surface textures, Dulux provides A4 size colour samples and product samples.
Special rates on our Dulux Colour Consultancy service for all property managers and owners corporations.
Dulux can recommend reputable painting contractors if required. Periodic site visits can also be carried out with prior arrangement.
Dulux can offer a detailed Dulux Material Warranty in conjunction with painters and allied contractors to cover all coating requirements. Detailed maintenance manuals covering maintenance needs will be included within any Dulux Material Warranty.
